I partnered with synergy managers in all the business units in The Walt Disney Company to create a new Mickey Monthly newsletter in each issue of The Disney Catalog. We found that recipients were keeping the catalog longer because of the Mickey Monthly, and ordering products from each issue for a longer period of time because they still had the issue on hand.
